Rudy Koch is the co-founder and CEO of JOA, an agentic engagement engine for live sports. He previously co-founded Mythical Games, the web3 gaming studio behind NFL Rivals.
ONE Championship has been one of JOA's earliest proving grounds, and in March 2026 JOA acquired GreenPark Sports.
Before founding companies, he spent more than fifteen years building games at Disney, Blizzard, and Activision, working on Club Penguin, World of Warcraft, and Call of Duty. He later served as Chief Game Officer and advisor at Pudgy Penguins. He is a named patent inventor in games and web3, an advisor to VARA, Pixelynx, and Alumni Ventures, and a mentor at Binance and Outlier Ventures. He studied at Royal Roads University.
